You can do this with a lot of pictures, or even some videos of areas of your home you want to show off.

If you have the time to use real estate comps in the area to get your home sold, you can benefit greatly. Your home will most likely sell faster than area homes, as well as probably for a better price. You will feel less stressed and can also build a relationship with your realtor.
